Solid Foundation.
Zimney Associates was established in 1987 by Stephen A. Zimney, an industrial psychologist with over 35 years of professional experience, including a fifteen year tenure with Yankelovich, Skelly and White, Inc. While at YS&W, Inc. he was senior manager of the firm’s custom research division, and from 1981 he headed Yankelovich’s newly formed Human Resources Group. Mr. Zimney created the application of YS&W’s unique marketing research methodologies to the study of people at work; and he designed and implemented a wide variety of marketing, corporate identity, communications and strategy planning studies.
